All items ship via USPS.
Shipping costs are determined by size + weight of package + proximity to us.
Orders will ship either First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
We have expedited shipping options available at checkout.
Express mail will require a signature upon delivery unless waiver is requested prior to shipment.
We normally ship orders Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
Items are typically ready to ship within 1-3 business days after purchase except during holidays.
TRACKING + INSURANCE
All orders will come with a tracking number that will be messaged to the buyer at the time of shipment.
Insurance IS included with all orders at no additional charge at the time of purchase.
DELIVERY + SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Delivery confirmation is included with all orders.
Signature confirmation is available and can be added for a nominal fee or may be required on certain high priced or super rare items which will be noted in the listing. Please message shop before purchasing if you would like to add signature confirmation.
☞ We recommend signature confirmations if you order an item high in value, live in an apartment/shared building, order large item that can not be expected to fit in your mailbox, have had packages previously stolen, expect turbulent weather, or have had any previous issues with your mail being properly or safely delivered.
If you plan to purchase multiple items, message the shop before submitting payment for reduced shipping cost estimate.

Domestic- USA Expedited shipping methods can be purchased for an additional cost. Message the shop before submitting payment for rushed shipping cost estimates.

☞ We no longer offer Expedited International shipping - estimated international shipping times have proven unreliable.
LOSS / DAMAGE
The shop is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipment. If an item is lost or damaged, buyer must contact the USPS. However, please contact us if you suspect your parcel may be lost so that we may be proactive in helping you with the claim process.
☞ All buyers will be required to fill out lost parcel claim when filed and to complete other necessary paperwork/online affidavit from the shipping insurance company to confirm the lost parcel claim is honest & truthful.
☞ Domestic claims can only be made after 20 days have elapsed since the time of shipment
☞ International claims can only be made after 40 days have elapsed since the time of shipment
The shop is not responsible for any orders that are shipped to the wrong address + will not refund payment.
☞ Please make sure to have the correct address on file with Etsy at the time of purchase. This is the address the order will be shipped to.
☞ If an order is returned to sender by the Post Office for errors with the shipping address, the buyer must send payment to re-ship the order.

All items are handmade / used / vintage. Expect wear from age and use. Descriptions will best describe and provide photos of heavy wear but if you have any concerns, please ask before purchasing. Returns will not be permitted based on a difference in opinion of condition.
All items are stored in a pet free + smoke free environment. This does not guarantee items have not been previously exposed to these elements prior to coming to our shop.
Most items have been laundered when coming into our shop
For delicate garments, we normally do not launder unless we know we can do so safely.

☞ We may recommend a method of laundering under "Suggested Care" in our listings, but ultimately can not be held responsible if you damage your item.
☞ It is up to the buyers discretion on how the item should be cared for upon receiving it

Items are well packaged in layers of protective materials depending on the type of item. Some orders are squeezed into tight packages to help keep shipping costs low but are always packaged with the utmost care.
HOLDS + RESERVATIONS
Absolutely no holds. Items must be purchased in full + cannot be reserved ahead of time.
No warranty is applied to any item. All items are handmade, used, and/ or vintage and the shop cannot provide a guarantee that the item can withstand all further wear. Items will be sent in the condition described and any further wear will be the responsibility of the buyer - absolutely no returns will be permitted based on wear that occurs after purchase.
All shoes are vintage - aged 20+ years - and used. The shop cannot guarantee that they will withstand all future wear. Please note that glues can give and shoes can break. Shoes are shipped in the condition described in the listing. Any damage that occurs after they leave the shop is the responsibility of the buyer. Purchase at your own risk.
If a return has been permitted based on gross misrepresentation, the will be responsible for returning the item so we may process a refund or exchange for our mistake. Item must be shipped back within 3 business days of return approval. If the condition of the item has been altered - washed or worn - no refund will be issued and the item will only be shipped back to buyer at buyer's expense. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shop does not accept cancellations. Please be 100% certain + double check the order details before submitting a purchase.
Shop will remain active while seller is on vacation. All vacation notices will be posted in the shop announcements section. If a sale is made during this time, the buyer will be messaged a ship date. If there are any concerns about an order, please message the shop at time of purchase.

Our measurements are taken by laying the item completely flat.
We measuring key points when applicable -shoulders, arm opening, arm length, chest, waist, hip, inseam, skirt diameter, and slit lengths.
On garments with stretch we will then stretch the garment out to its most comfortable extent and measure its diameter.
Please double these measurements to get circumference of item and compare to your personal measurements ;-)
We are based in the United States. All of our measurements are taken in inches or fractions thereof.
We recommend our items be washed or dry cleaned prior to wearing. To insure we do not affect the integrity of the garment, we normally do not wash vintage items unless we know we can do so safely. We instead try our best only to source good-great conditioned items that appear to be clean and come from pet free and smoke free environments. To avoid any potential skin irritation, new and vintage items should be washed to remove starches or dust/detergent residue that may be left behind.
All Sales Are Final. We do not take returns.

Packages not picked up by buyer from post office if will be considered rejected from buyer.
If item is returned to us buyer will be responsible for cost of re-shipment. Buyer will not receive refund for items returned to us.
Packages can be set to have someone pick up on your behalf if you can not make it during post office hours. Just follow instructions on the notice from post office or call your local post office for assistance.
